Anna Kay Faris was born on November 29, 2976. She was raised in Baltimore, Maryland by parents Jack Farris and Karen, a sociologist at the University of Washington and a former education instructor, respectively.
Anna Faris also appeared in the movie, Waiting… with Justin Long and Ryan Reynolds. Her performance in the movie, Brokeback Mountain in 2005 gained her much wider audience. Soon she starred in big budget movies such as My Super Ex Girlfriend in 2006, Mama’s Boy in 2007 and The House Bunny in 2008. The latter movie was a film made by the Happy Madison Productions.
In the summer 2007 season of HBO’s Entourage, she guest-starred as herself. In addition, she co-starred as the cosmetic counter employee on the comedy, Observe and Report in 2009. She gave the voice of Sam Sparks, a weather reporter, in the animated film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. She starred as Rachel in the movie, Yogi Bear in 2010.
As for her achievements, she won the MTV Movie Award nomination for Best Comedic Performance for the movie, the House Bunny. She also received the Stoner of the Year award at High Times magazine’s Stony Awards for her role in Smiley Face.
As for Anna’s relationship, she met her future husband Ben Indra during the filming of the 1999 horror movie, Lovers Lane. The two began dating in 1999 and married in 2004. However, things did not go out well with the couple and they divorced in February 2008. Chris Pratt and Faris dated and became engaged in 2008. The two were married in Bali on July 2009.
